Tata Global Beverages, once known as Tata Tea and deriving most of its revenues from branded tea and related consumer products, has launched Fruski, this summer’s most refreshing cool drink with the goodness of green tea available in two flavours – mango and orange. The mango flavour contains Green Tea with Beetroot & Grape seed extracts while the orange flavour contains Green Tea with Amla and Rose extracts. The drink comes in 500ml pet bottles priced at Rs. 35. The products would also be made available for sale on online commerce platforms like Amazon.in. To raise overall tea consumption, Tata Global has been trying to regularly launch several variants. It recently brought products like Tata Tea Elaichi and Tata Tea Gold Mixture (TTG), specially crafted for the Maharashtra market. It also collaborated with Starbucks to create an innovation especially for the Starbucks Teavana portfolio in India called the India Spice Majesty Blend. Alongside, it launched Tea Veda range that tries to capture the goodness of Ayurveda in the daily cup of tea.
